A few weeks back i went to Moore Automotive(good guys) and had some things done one of then being switchin over to tephra rom for force patch. Since the my idle has been bad, sometimes cuts off and goes WAY lean under boost, im talking high 15+ on my aem wideband. Cruise/part throttle is fine. Before this I was boosting at about 11.5 under wot i don understand what could have went wrong. Car feels like it has NO power, just a bunch of noise now.

 

15 on wot ? Go back to moore to check the tune, and dont go wot again it could cause some serious damage.

When I was first reading this I thought maybe your WB was going out, but since you said it's driving bad and makes noise then something is up.

My first guess is injector scaling is off. Take it back ASAP. GL.

Ill add, they did not tune the car just siwtched over my rom to help me pass emissions. I dont have the funds for tune plus supporting mods i want toget just yet. I dont go in boost. Im just wondering how this could of happened, chris from moore said the fuel trims were ok.

 

Also by noise I mean loud exhaust note(catless/muffler delete buschur tbe) but doesnt pull at all super sluggish

 

What do you mean they switched over your rom? It could be an injector, fuel pump, or check your intake if its bolted on properly, Ive seen it before.

 

Not sure im not a mechanically inclined person, just know he created a tephra rom as he said. Ill check all the possibilities.

 

Just don't get on it until your issue is resolved. If you don't have the funds for a tune / supporting mods, you definitely don't have the funds for an engine rebuild. Take it easy until you can get this guy figured out.

 

Unfortunate situation came up that put me in tough financial state. I only drive it part throttle.

 

Happens to everyone... Lean under boost will blow your **** up, though, and it doesn't sound like that's what you need right now. Just get the lean problem resolved first and then you can get back to driving
