What is the paint code for this red evo IX ?
Anyone know the exact paint code for the Red on this car ?

I think it is P85, same as VIIIs. If I had a IX VIN I could check

nah, i don't have the VIN

i did some research I came up with P23

can anyone verify ?

P23 is "red"..... but Mitsubishi has about 3 reds if I recall correctly.

I did check a few VINs I had access to and P23 is definitely used in 2005 models. Every 2003-2004 red model I have checked so far has been P85.
I'm still looking for a IX VIN to check, it could be 05-06 is P23, can't be 100% without a VIN though.

I came up with P23 because check the color on this guys 2007 Evo IX Palma Red

P23 is the new Rally Red. '05 & '06
P85 is the old Rally/Phoenix red. '03 & '04

kind of looks like the same color, but still not sure if it is P23

p23, p26, p60, p85?????

Yes it’s the P23 because that’s a 06 Evo 9. I have a 03 Evo 8 and the color code is P85 I’m going to do the 06 color because I love how the red pops up more.
