Question Terrible gas mileage

hi members, i know its a common issue when it comes to evos. but mine manages to do only 4.5KMPL normally if drive under 3000rpm 5.5KMPL max . what could be the reason to this????? is 4.5 - 4 KMPL normal or is there something wrong with my car ? mods are:

3.5" Exhaust
AEM 320LPH Fuel Pump
Stock Turbo
running 1.2bar boost.

lol, all better than my last tank. I replaced some tb seals a week or two back though and it looks like that has helped some just with rough calculations based on needle position. I'll know in 100 miles if its in my head or not.

what fuel are you running? on normal pump gas i average 9.775 kmpl and on e85 (burns quicker) i average 8 kmpl

I don't know anyone who uses km/l btw... either use l/100km or mpg.

Regardless, that's bad mileage, something is wrong with your car.

To most easily see the changes in fuel economy, it's always best to use quantity of fuel to distance.

So, Liters/100KM or Gallons/100miles.

I average about 20-22mpg which is about 8.5kpl to 9.3 kpl. My evo is basically stock. So, I say its not normal. I notice you replace the fuel pump, unless you have a tune, I suggest you try to install the original fuel pump back and see if there is any change. FWIW...
