pin stuck in turbo

I bought a used turbo 9 took it to my tunner so he can send it to fp to get it rebuild and he notice that the pin of the turbine housing was stuck in there, so i guess that the guy who i bought it from did not take apart the turbo and the turbine housing correctly because he broke of the pin and left it in there, any one else experience this before or any one know how to pull this out thanks

Are you talking about the orientation pin that sits in the turbine housing and the bearing housing?

If so just send it to use we can fix it for $55.
