Fp turbo intake

Assumption is the intake should be around 3.25"

Besides spending nearly $100 on an intake tube what dolid yall do to solve diameter issue? Cant seem to find a 3.25" diameter intake tube

Reason I ask is because I have the injen intake

I was looking at some pictures and might cut the injen intake and half and buy a 45 degree coupler and use that somI can keep my recirculation bov.

Why choke down the intake? it's 3.25 for a reason, you do not want to choke down that right before the inducer.

They sell an intake coupler for this.

^ I run speed density I don't want to plug all those holes. I could have gone with a 4in tube I suppose. The op wanted a solution I gave him a cheaper solution then fp's intake that is setup for a maf style intake.

will pretty much make this setup, but in 3.25". Im assuming you are using the stock maf and will continue to use the filter you already have
http://www.streettunedmotorsports.co...ntake_pipe.htm

and it will cost about $50. it should also connect to your stock maf if you are still using it.

good catch, i missed that. you would need to cut a hole and have a small pipe for the bov recirc welded on...

if you are going for a cheap solution, it will require a little fab work and labor. other than that, you are stuck with getting the $130 one from FP.

you should switch to SD and not worry about it. if you have an FP turbo, you should be planning to remove the stock maf anyway, it's restrictive.

I definitely agree with silent white you should go SD. I went SD about a year after getting my FP Red so I have a FP intake just collecting dust at home. PM me if you're interested in it. I'm out of town now but when I get back home tomorrow I'll send you some pictures of it.

That looks like you should be able to make that work. Just make sure you inspect the welds on the inside and clean up any burrs or debris you might find. You sure don't want the turbo sucking any junk in that will take it out.
As for the pictures of my FP intake. I'm having a heck of a time getting them on here. If you PM me your email address I'll send them to you.

Why not buy the FP Silicone Intake if your going to keep your MAF?
