They both should fit, what issues are you having with the kinugawa?

I turned down my mbc and they put a 10pound spring in mine... Able to get a max of 8psi

 

im hitting 28#psi but want to get to 30#
I have the 2.0 bar spring in the kinugawa wg...it will hit 30# in 4th and 5th gear, but not in 3rd.
so it's not a boost leak, just the wg not holding.
ive been thinking about the map elimenator pipe with an external wg or the map o2 pipe with external wg....both are around 600 to 700????
of try a different wg first???

How much should i expect to put down at 25# vs 30#

Stock motor with all supporting mods

 

Too many variables I'm at 462 w a stock cat on e85.

So you guys have a kinugawa. I'm about to get one but I need to know what's up with all this wastegate business. Do I need to tell them to send me the 'red' spring. I would like to run mid-twenties for boost.

 

Im interested in this turbo too and I see they come with a different WG now, whats up with that. Also can you swap to a different WG, lets say an Fp WG or stock WG. Can this turbo be compared to an Fp Green ?

 

Also..... is there an owner that has had one installed for over a year on the forum. I would like to know what issues if any you have run into. Has anybody actually had a compressor wheel blow up and whatnot?

 

I'm on the 2 bar spring and hit 28 -29 psi

 

With spring and boost controller im at 26 psi

 

Good link thanks! I'm gonna try the 4 full revolutions to start out with since I am shooting for 28-34 psi with my 1.7 bar spring.
