You want to keep your foot down on the gas peddle instead of lifting off the throttle for NLTS

NLTS is only really useful for fast shifts. If youre driving in regular traffic, shift normally. As previously stated, NLTS is No Lift To Shift, aka, don't lift off the throttle to shift. Just kick the clutch in, engage the next gear and clutch out fast.

Thanks guys,I already trained my brain to tell my right foot stay planted.I just noticed when shifting aggressively and lifting foot off the gas car bucks between shifts.but I read a lot and it is normal.
