where can i get my throttlebody rebuilt

As you guys well know my throttle body has a leak. It probably needs new seals where is the best place to order the seals from? And are there any local shops in the NYC area.

I was tempted to buy an aftermarket replacement or the sake of down time. Mil spec and STM have the replacement tb shaft seals.

Mil spec for seals and gasket

If you need seals installed, I can do it, I even had the proper tool machined for it.

But either way, any of the local shops can do it for you too.

Dont use OEM seals when you replace them, they will just start leaking again.

Use mil spec seals

They rebuilt mine. Highly recommended. I've got a high flow cat from them too.

The shaft seals are available on the page I posted. They rebuilt mine so I don't have personal experience with what all is involved with a rebuild to get rid of boost leaks.

Seeing stories of failed seal installations, and what is included with the rebuild, I decided it was worth the extra $75 for me.
