High mileage 03 value?

Im looking at a white03 to possibly replace my X while I save for other things. Its got 135k. It seems mechanically sound and has had its maintenance kept up with. Mild mods and tuned by a very reputable shop. The wheels are rashed up and the drivers seat is torn, so Id want to replace those which are a bit $$. It also has some out surface rust on the inner well which Id want to address before it turns to rot. Hes asking 13500 what do you guys think?

yea I think it seems a little high but Im not seeing anything cheaper on the east coast, especially in white. The 8's and 9's actually seem to be going up a bit in value.

Evos hold their value pretty well! And I picked my car up with 13k miles pretty much bone stock for 25,500. Granted it's an '06 MR, but that should help you out a little I hope.

Agreed. I got mine 3 years ago with 58k for that price.

The 13.5k sounds like a reasonable starting spot for the seller to negotiate. You could probably get him down to around 11.5k if he is motivated to sell.

If it was my car and I was trying to sell it, if you want an evo, you are going to pay for it. If you don't, someone else will. End of story.
