I ordered a carbon pod holder from them 2 days ago and received an email confirming my purchase and haven't heard anything since then. I have called and the line just rings and rings no message machine or answer.

I sent an email to their sales department but I'm curious if anyone else has had this issue before I put a stop paymepayment on my cc.

I purchased Sparco racing seats from them before...no replies from email questions or phone calls returned BUT I received the seats...took a little longer than normal though

 

seats were perfect BUT I wont order from them again... sales is not really a priority for them

 

When I first bought my evo I emailed RMR questions about their exhaust system. no response, I believe I tried calling as well. A few months later I happened to find Rhys Millen himself sitting at the stands at Infineon at a drift race event, almost next to me. He was there by himself and every now and again someone would come by and he would autograph. A thought came into my head to approach him and complain about the customer service about his store,. I like their products, but ya service isn't on their priority.
