Replica tail light sealing

Ordered some taillights, wondering how and what to use to seal them to keep from fogging and water getting in.

Try RTV silicone, the clear version-available at any home improvement store . Use it sparingly along the bead where each section of the light meets.

I dono how bad quality the depos are and how much sealant i should use. Should i seal to the very end where the plastic lens meets the housing

Use any name brand RTV like Permatex, Duro etc. Use a light bead(less than the thickness of a pencil-but wider than the point-writing end). Seal everywhere there is a gap that water can enter the housing.

Take your time to get a good result.

Will do, thanks. Are the depos low quality and let water in easily
