to buy or not to buy

Helllo all, new here. Looking to buy an evo when i get to my next command in Washington. i have been talking to a guy about this one. I was looking for white but this has me sold on mileage and SSL package.

Evo 9 SSL 64,xxx miles no accidents, clean title, interior 9/10 paint 8/10 paint has rock chips here and there from it being 7 years old but not fading, chipping, etc. just fully detailed may 2013.
Evo 9 parts list: seibon carbon fiber hood, ets fmic and lower piping, aem upper piping, greddy type s bov, jdm evo 9 tails, jdm evo 9 fg rear (not installed) 17,000k fog lights, 18x9.5 +20 offset, tinted windows, compustar alarm with additional sirens, Jensen indash tv/dvd rockford fostgate amp and subwoofer (indash, sub, and amp all new and installed from cartoys) carbon fiber spark plug cover, hallman manual boost controller, agp catch can, optima yellow top battery (purchased in june 2013) speed density intake with 9" k&n cone, custom turbo back 3" exhaust with vibrant muffler, autometer carbon boost guage with steering column pod, air fuel ratio (in glove box) evo 9 ralliart style lip, sunroof, leather suede seats with leather door cards, all fluids changed with amsoil, tuned at english racing at 335whp 333trq @ 21 psi. I may have missed a couple small things here and there but i believe i got the main chunk of it.

opinions? hes asking $23,750 as it sits

Is he firm at that price? I never try to settle for the asking price. Looks like a really clean evo though.

I know the kid who owns it; nice guy and his car always looks good at meets. Price is up to you, it's not a terrible deal, but I do know he takes good care of the car

good to hear. im weighing my options. Theres a cleann 05 with same mileage and another 06 non ssl about the same pric.

Fair price IMO.

SSL's are my favorite Evos. Also I'd buy a IX over an VIII unless the VIII was something amazing. If the other 06 is just a base/GSR or RS, know that those didn't come with HIDs. Same deal with 05, unless it is MR or SSL. For 06, you need SE, MR or SSL for factory HIDs. Non-factory HIDs are a deal breaker for me.

well after test driving 2 other evos and this one, this one hands down won. so clean and well taken care of. gonna pic it up this week sometime. no big plans right away, maybe move gauges to an a pillar and get an double din and that's it till spring.

Well the weird thing about this Evo is that its on Speed Density, but when I look at the dyno numbers they are conservative.

What turbo does this Evo have?
