should I throw on zip ties anyway just in case? because alot of my vacuum lines are just inserted in and held in that way without anything holding it in place. Im picking up a walbro 255 tomorrow and hopefully able to get it installed and tuned and also my alternator is pretty bad, I hope those would fix the problem.

Yes zip ties are not a bad idea. Nobody likes a boost leak
