I think it an 8. It's got an 8 rear spoiler with the carbon inserts (can tell by the screw heads). A shot of the engine would clear it up (mivec?). Maybe they got Evo8 and 2008 confused. Looks like a pile of crap, I wouldn't touch it with a very long pole. With an interior treated like that do you think it would be getting 3000mile oil changes?
