Incorrect reading fuel gauge with fulll blown hat

I just got a FB hat and my gauge now is kind of crazy. Any help? Did I did something wrong since my tank is full and the gauge says its empty! Please help!!!!

Take it back out and raise and lower that arm on the side, its the gauge. You likely pinned it down on installation, or it could have a hole in it and filled with gas.

Found the mouse!! All was the cables. Just weld it and done. The cat got the mice !
