There are a few other higher dollar wear parts in the drivetrain but I'd go for it.

Im betting he is referring to a tcase and trans, which you cant really just look at lol. Iwould say when/if you get it, drain the fluids in the tcase and trans and check it out. I would assume, if the car is still running well with that kinda mileage on it, the owner has maintained the car well.

I cant wait to see this thing man! Ive caught a couple of your threads lately about buying one. Hopefully this deal works out for ya!

So I did some detective work lol. Ran Carfax a saw it was serviced at a Chevy dealer so I called them and gave them the vin and it was there for a trans and coolant flush at 183k has 186k right now. Then I called the 2 Mitsubishi dealers and one had no record of it the other said it was serviced in 07 and told me the name of the owner. KAREN!!! So the car was female owned which explains the good condition! Made it even better. The guy that bought it now is a license dealer and bought it at wholesale because the dealership could no get anyone approved because of high mileage. He did the timing belt and water pump 2 weeks ago and has all the paper work. So sounds like the car is good to go lol

Some pictures he sent me hopefully I can take more Saturday!

Seats are in great shape for that mileage. From the pics I see the e-brake handle is coming apart. Throttle cable is missing a bracket on the valve cover. Shorty antenna on the roof. Blue lug nuts & an exhaust.

Cosmetically is looks like its in great shape, just have to be careful with the mechanics. But if you're going to be changing everything anyways, I say go for it.

Yep first things I noticed too lol. He said he had to adjust the ebrake so I guess that's why the cover was off I haven't asked him yet. Which means it will need brakes soon at least parking shoes. The valve cover bracket I saw too and I would buy asap

DUDE!!!! 10k for that is a steal I think. A very clean evo 9 shell can go for around 8k. Your getting a running and driving car for 10k! You have all the parts for core exchanges when you rebuild. Your getting a hell of a steal from what I can see man!

P.S. If your interested in selling those oem evo 9 wheels, if you get it, send me a pm haha
