So i was topping up the fluids in my newly bought evo 4 then i noticed the brake fluid level doesnt rise up when filling. Then i had a quick look inside the container and it seemed that the filter is somehow blocked or i was just not doing it right. The new brake fluid ive been putting in just stays at the top. Any help please?
