OP did you actually have a set of wheel locks on the rims? From the picture thats posted up it doesnt appear you had any on the car, that is an instant invitation to car thieves for easy scores....sorry this happened to you...

 

If somebody wants your wheels or car bad enough that isn't going to stop them. Maybe slow them by a minute or two, but it wont stop them.
