Mishimoto radiator install

Installed the mishimoto radiator and quality and install was great/easy. Problem is the stock radiator brackets don't sit flush on the new radiator. Yes I checked and the figment is perfect and the rad sits flush. Do I need aftermarket brackets? I thinking STM. Thanks

That's odd. It's as if the old radiator was taller or so,etching. The brackets domt slide all the way down into the radiator post, not because it doesn't fit but because the rad sits too low it seems.
