I know there is no way I would part with my car for $20k, because I know you won't find a nice clean low mileage evo for sub $24k. Also it's hard to find an EVO that's worth jumping on and what car can you buy that provides the thrill and excitement of an evo 8/9? It took me close to 6 months to get my car and finally I found one. I had to fly and get my 9 and I couldn't be happier. I also am looking for another Evo for a friend.
Happy Hunting
What exactly are you looking for?

I sold my 06 GG MR SE last week for $19k @ 93k miles. The car was bone stock other than a turbo back exhaust and a k&n filter.

Many people tell me i could have made more off the car if i waited longer. I was happy with what i got considering the fact that i owned the car for 6 years and put 65k miles on it. (purchased in 2011 for $22.5k @ 28k miles).

Man i really miss that car

Yeah, you made out fine but you definitely could've gotten more. I'd ask for more than that for my IX SE.

I have a friend looking, basically he wants a deal. Clean care aka title mods are okay but mainly looking for a headache free Evo.

That's why I said you will be hard pressed to find a replacement car. I know if I sell my car I would have remorse, its like no other car I've had to date.

So basically the type of Evo that everyone wants. Yeah, those generally aren't offered as deals.

I just bought an 06 TB evo mr in immaculate condition with 72K miles for 21900. Bone stock except for a Perrin 3in catback exhaust and a mint set of Enkie rpf1s. Its hard to find good deals these days on such a hard to find car.

These cars keep going up in value. Here in the Bay Area, CA a stock IX with 60k miles can fetch around $22-23k. Crazy

But by "stock" do you mean bone stock, or just stock-ish? If it's bone stock, that's actually not a bad price.

They should do a heritage run and re release the evo Ix. Then the resale values would go down on the original nines?

Yeah, like I said, that wouldn't be a bad price. I wouldn't take that for my bone stock IX SE.

It's not like a retro release of Air Jordan XIs. There's a lot of legal crap that they'd have to deal with, and it wouldn't be for a lot of benefit to Mitsubishi.

It would be cool though. But unless they released it in big numbers, it wouldn't really drive down the resale values of the other IXs.

True true, how much for your bone stock SE?
