Hi Peeps.

I currently have a Invidia N1 Turbo-back exhause fitted to my Evo 8.. However im considering putting a tip or something on to make it louder.. It idols good but i prefer something a little louder.. I see other evos drive by and it sounds amazing! Any suggestions on what to get? Im new to all this so i dont know.. Is it possible to put a tip on my current exhaust?

I can't imagine what tip would amplify your exhaust sound. Your would need at least a different catback setup. Do you have a cat, resonator, or test pipe?

Enjoy your car as is. That loudness you want now you may end up finding tiring.

 

Get some cams, it will sound more manly and be louder.

 

LOL. But yes, a new exhaust system, because a tip is not going to do anything.

 

I agree no tip. You will need to go with a cat back exhaust. I have had the greddy ti turbo back and it sound amazing at all times. Also the hks and apexi n1 I've heard and there pretty reputiple. Also a set of cams like said above will sound perfect.

 

I regret the volume of my exhaust...I wish it were silent. Going to work at 6 am is embarassing.

 

I am never embarassed of my car. yeah, if i could have the same performance with a hybrid silent sounds it would be awesome!
