DSport Mag has Evo cam test part 2 -- all 17 cams.
I'd like some of this!! I have Kelfords on my EF2.5 and 2.3 but hasnt had the ***** out tune done yet since I finished break in right before Decemeber
Do it, I have a 2.4 with S2s and FP Red on stock head, so I wanna see how the R2s effect the power band on a 2.4 with stock frame turbo...
went to barnes & noble last night, they only have the feb issue = 1st part of test.
I will scan & post graphs when i get the 2nd issue of the cam test.
where did people locate the 2nd issue? what store?

I did, and it was my dumb *** fault that the motor blew up.
When swapping the clutch I was lifting the motor from the oil pan. This dented it and removed all the clearance between the oil pan and the pickup. I would only see oil pressure drop off after 6500 rpm. I have done clutches more than 10 times when you add it with my Galant and the Evo, this time I was just in a hurry and cut some corners. It bit me in the ***.
So I did plan to do the clutch and rebuild the motor during the winter, so this just put all that into the works about 1 month early. So about 7500 bucks later they had the car running the way they needed it for the tests. I am sure that I am missing something, but 7500 sounds about close.
Things done to it during the test:
1. QM 8 Leg Twin Plate -- MAP was awesome, they next day air'ed this to me
2. Rebuilt Motor and head -- RRE helped out with a used crank
3. Rebuilt Throttle body -- Thanks Mil.Spec
4. FIC 2150cc injectors again -- I switch injectors like underware
5. Squash Double pumper with Dual 450's
6. Upgraded to -6 supply and return lines
The guys at DSport are really awesome, they did everything in there power to help out where possible.
