CAS error code right? If your car is running right besides the CEL, then clear the code and see if it returns. Usually when folks screw up putting the CAS back in, it is installed 180 degrees out and the car won't start.

car is running fine just goes into limp mode when light comes off sounds like it wants to die but then idles right back up... also cleared the code 3 times comes right back on 5 min later again

I am having this same issue except when my builder monitors with evo scan all a/f ratios, timing etc look fine. So far we have replaced both sensors and still pops code. I have been scouring internet to no avail. I have GSC S2s tho.

Judging from the code its the CAS.. However, have you checked the connections and the wiring cause the code also says its not getting a reading at the ECM.. Could be the sensor itself, but since you had to pull the connection I would look at everything.
