GREDDY METAL HEAD GASKET: MITSUBISHI LANCER EVO VIII & IX #19320

Looking at their head gaskets, which range from 1 to 2mm in thickness. Wondering if thats compressed or depressed thickness.

If someone can confirm that'd be great. Cause i know the evo9 HG is 0.050" which converts to 1.27mm. Trying to figure out if the Greddy 1.4mm for exmaple, would compress to roughly the same, or if it would stay at 1.4mm.
