Another fun day gone wrong.........

We'll today I went to the drags and was gonna see what car could do in a quarter mile....and I jumped timing.....so I got do the the timing and ****......hopefully none of the valves are bent

Chances of your motor jumping timing and not bending valves is very small

who tuned your car? how much boost? how much timing?

Dunno yet......and nobody tuned my car (that I know of). And I'm pretty sure they aren't bent....no noise and I think 1 tooth it jumped.....I'll find out soon

Plus when I launched.....the just just died and now runs like ****......no check engine lights on yet......I thought it was the coils and plugs.....but pulled them out and they looked fine.....it goes into gear fine (thought the tranny went....but I drove it real slow off the track......and it's not a boost leak....and then I checked the timing belt and it's off.....sooooo idk gotta drop the oil pan and stuff

Does it sound like a subaru at idle? .... if so, then I had a similar issue where the valve wasn't seated properly. So it could be a bent valve!.... Compression check will confirm it!

Why would you drop the oil pan if you belt slipped and your off a tooth.

If you think you have top drop the oil pan to do the timing belt you might want to take it to someone that knows what they are doing.

I think he means hes gonna drop the oil pan to check for metal/debris in the oil, not to do a timing belt

I think pulling the oil pan is a waste of time at this point. Pull your vavle cover and look at the valvetrain and spin the motor by hand. See if everything looks like its working correctly. That's where I would start

what are you afr reading? Thoroughly inspect all vacuum lines not just by sight but physcially get to them an inspect. As other member have stated no need to pull pan off just yet...do leak down test
