Well I've decided to part out my 1G auto race car.

The car I'm looking at is a Evo IX SE model with a few bolt-on mods.

Reason for the partout is I've just grown tired of working on the car and dumping money into it. I've had a change of heart and just want a fun street car that I can drive whenever and not have to trailer around. Something with A/C and P/S a true street car.

I'm wondering what all parts can be swapped over to the Evo?

The FP Super99 HTZ is way to big so I plan on selling it and possibly going back to a 3794hta.

This is an idea I have, veterans let me know what you think....

A buschur 2.3rpm block, curt brown head. With the 3794hta and the HKS gears.

I'm sure it'll need a twin disc and other supporting mods like cams, intake manifold so on.

Buschur double pumper and use the AEM fuel pumps I already have.

What about my injectors I already have ID2000cc's?

A ball bearing black with the new FP manifold and housing would be decent as well. But i'm curious as to how hard I'd have to push the turbo to make the same power level as the 3794 would on X amount of boost. Fuel type will probably be E85.


Anyone running a 3794 or know someone let me know how it is. I would expect some lag but I don't want a laggy turd with a powerband for just 3k rpms

I'm 33 going on 34 years old and have been building turbo charged imports since 1999. I've worked on plenty of DSM's and a few Evo's now. Along with several other cars throughout my life. I've had 3 twin turbo Z32's my last one made 525hp 535trq that I sold back in 04 or 05 and it ran a 11.2@128 at the track in reynolds, ga.
