Anybody knows what the brand of this manifold is

It's on my friend's evo 8
He now is trying to install a new hood but the manifold is to tall so the hood can not close completely( there is a ugly hole on the old hood , the hole was burned by this manifold)

Does anybody know what brand is this manifold? Is it installed properly ? Advise welcomed .
Thanks

You are going to need better pictures than that if you want anyone to recognize what you have there. As to if its installed properly I'm not really sure how else it could possibly be installed so I think you are ok on that front.

have you tried fitting it with a stock hood?

There is no need for that to happen.
Does it hit a stock hood?

Raise the bump stops on the sides of the hood up a little bit. It will hold the hood open wider when shut and should resolve the issue. Although it will probably give you a little gap between the hood and fender top but hey that's better then another burnt hood!!

I would like to see how the stock hood fit what that part on. If it's burning the stock hood then you should get money back for that manifold.
The way it is now, I blame the turkey that allowed you to drive off after closing the CF hood on top of that manifold.
