Hey fellas,

I just switched over to a buschur dp and it doesnt align too well with my stm test pipe. Theres a bgger gap at the upper part of the pipe. I tightened the bolts very hard bt it still leaks. I even used 2 gaskets, stiill leaks. What else can i do? Its driving me crazy.By the way, happy holidays.

I dont have any pic now, but it leaks at the upper part of the pipe where the bolt is at. When i put my hands there i could feel the leak. I cannot believe 2 gaskets wouldnt do it. Is there another way? Maybe someone with a buschur dp and stm test pipe can chime in.

I switched over from the ebay one to the buschur dp. I didnt have exhaust leak from the ebay one other than it was sitting next to the transfer case.
I first bolted the dp to the o2 housing then to the test pipe. I thought the leak would stop by using 2 gaskets but it didnt help.

 

Can you use the factory doughnut gasket?
