I've use the Odyssey 925 now for a year and a half with zero issues too. I think if you use the Odyssey 680 is when people have problems. Well that's my guess at least.

I use the Odyssey 680. It's like 1 year old but I've never had issues with starting the car or anything. I have short route uicp and trunk relocation seems like a pain in the ***. The ecu isn't locked so I don't think it needs to be unlocked. It just won't connect to ECUflash.

 

Did you trace the flash wire from the separate harness plug back to the ecu to make sure that wire isn't broken somewhere bro? Or do a resistance test from the pin on the plug and the pin on the ecu with a multimeter.

 

You got a wiring diagram? Not sure which pin to test the resistance of on either end.
