p0105 MAP circuit malfunction

hi,
i am using evo 7 block and head in my evo 4. Using the 7 AT GTA ECU with it. The CEL according to the scanner is due to p0105 MAP Sensor .

1. There is no MAP sensor that came with my 4, is it required for this setup? is it different from the MAF that i have already connected. I know the MAP will connect to the vacuum in the intake manifold, but are the tables based on MAP or MAF?
2. What are the alternates if i can't find the oem map sensor?
3. Will flashing allow me to remove this cel and run without problems?
4. Is this ecu (MR985180 written on the cover) any good?

car takes time at cold start, but once started the rpms are stable. I feel it runs **** though.

Using evo4 ecu removes the CEL, but we all know we can't flash that.

I did search the forums before posting this. Found threads related to this code, but not exactly the solution. Sorry for the newbie questions. Will appreciate your help and guidance guys.
