Fuel Rail noise issue?

Fuel Rail noise issue?
Ok, so before I start taking random things apart I need some help.
When the car warms up I start to hear this rattle from behind the engine. It sounds like marbles hitting the engine and I was able to sort of pinpoint where its coming from by touching the fuel rail.
It only comes on for about 15 seconds or so and then stays quiet for about 30 seconds, and then it starts doing it again.
You can definitely feel it knock on the fuel rail when it's making that marble sound. Any idea what it is or what I should take apart? I have a MIL.SPEC Rev 2 ported IM, RC 1200cc injectors and stock fuel rail. Car only has 60k miles
UPDATE: Nevermind about the fuel rail, it is actually the PCV Valve on the rear side of the motor that was making the noise.
