Question timing off??

So just yesterday I replaced the time belt on my evo 9. all timing marks WERE on buuutt.... I got everything back together and it seems to sputter just for a split second when revving or getting into it a little. then I notice my wideband is reading lean (around 15.3-16). also after 5-10 mins of idling it threw code p2195. any help or input is appreciated! maybe the intake cam is a tooth off?? if so would it be retarded or advanced? thanks

By any chance did you count the number of teeth in between the timing marks on the cams before you took it apart? I would definitely take the time to spin the crank and cams to their marks and adjust from there. You can also buy the jay racing cam gear holding tool to make this job 10x easier if you have to readjust.

When I did mine, I had 18 so it seems like it's off a tooth. I know it sucks having to do the work again but it wouldn't hurt to realign everything and put the belt on.

So that's lined up the way it should be. It's 18 marks including the intake cam gear line. Are you sure everything is lined up and your TDC on the correct cylinders?
