Retune for catalytic converter

Hi everyone, just a quick question. I've googled it and cannot find a direct answer for it. Do I need to retune my car if I'm going from a test pipe to catalytic?

Youll be fine if you dont, but obviously its best if you do.

You will be leaving a few hp on the table. Probably not worth the cost of a retune though.
