Full Blown

Looking for info on the full blown double pump unit, came back of holiday to find 6mm of fuel in the rear foot wells. Any one else had problems with this unit leaking fuel out of the electric feed cables
Many thanks Ian

you can search around and find info on this....

yes, some of the full blowns have this issue (at least the older ones did).
epoxy they use to use would crack and allow fuel to migrate up the wire.

i think if you call them they have a fix.

ive never heard of it just pouring out tho... mostly just issue with small amounts of fuel and smell.

you sure you dont have some other issue? fittings or something?

Cheers for that, over a two week period while the car was parked up about a quarter of a tank leaked out. Defo came though the wiring, its a genuine Evo 8 MR FQ400 with 28000mls on the clock build number 007. So really not happy as the fuel pump is brand new.

Can't go wrong with Buschur! Race proven all their stuff is tested in the heat of battle.

Not a new issue... wayyyy more than a ton of people had problems with their units. I've battled with them for MONTHS… And still it leaked. Horrible product. Fuel will eat epoxy up. There should have been some king of a plastic connector setup. Finally I’ve sent the unit back to get a replacement one (so I can at least resell it), but I’ve switched to a single 450 pump since then and will Never go back.
