Dual walbro 450lph pumps in full blown hanger max HP?

Full blown dual hanger kit for my car, looking to run 2 walbro 450lph pumps in it, with a -10an feed line to rail, -8an return, aeromotive fuel pressure regulator and FIC 2150s with a buschur fuel rail. How much power will this support on e85? Already have modded 255s in it but looking to upgrade due to new turbo needing more fuel.

I think with that much pump you might realize the limit of the injectors. I could be wrong though. It's definitely a lot of fuel considering twin 255's will do over 800whp..

Most setups you see in the dyno section making that kind of power are running a surge tank and twin Bosch 044s or something similar. Not that I would be running a setup with that kind of power but I'm also curious if it can be done with in tank pumps. I looked forever on the dyno section once. There are some big power ones running only 4 2150s but not sure if they are maintaining a higher pressure or not due to the surge tank setup.

The long answer to this question depends on a few factors:

-fuel you're using
-base fuel pressure
-max boost at peak hp
-fuel lines you are using (ties back to fuel pressure)

Generally for calculating if a pump will be sufficient or not, you have to calculate how much flow you need, and calculate the pressure of the fuel needed. Calculate some overhead flow, something like 20% extra to allow for the fpr to properly function and hold pressure. Then go to the fuel pump chart and look at if the pump can meet that flow demand at that pressure. Double the flow number on the chart if you are using double pumpers.

Short answer, probably around 1000whp on stock base fuel pressure, -6 or better AN fuel feed line, 30-40psi boost, and e85. More if you run race gas or less boost.

-Fuel is pump e85
-Stock base fuel pressure
-50 plus psi super 99
-10an feed -8an return

The twin wally450s can supply just about 500LPH of fuel under those conditions which is enough to run 2000cc injectors at 100% duty cycle. Or 1750cc injectors at 100% idc with 20% fuel flow overhead.

That translates to 900-1000hp flywheel on injector dynamic's hp calculator with id1750. Or 1100 to 1200hp with id2000. I think ID's calculator is an underestimate but figure 900-1000 whp on dynojet capable. Thats very close to the max HP of a super99 anyways.
