REXPEED air duct install
Does anyone have a installation guide on rexpeed air ducts for an evo 8/9? Im thinking about buying these but im not sure about the install procedure. Any help would be appreciated

you need rivets and a rivet gun to install them, but there are holes for the rivets so just take them to a hardware store and they can hook you up with the right size river if you don't have them already. I think you will have to drill holes in your bumper too
just an fyi, the rivets are a not really sufficient in the long term as the bumper and carbon flex from heat/movement etc they get real loose. I used allen head stainless bolts once they were getting pretty questionable, looks much better now too.

most importantly, you must not try to install them with the bumper on the car because you WILL drill into ic piping and/or couplings no matter how careful you're trying to be. after installing mine i wish i would have tried 3M double sided tape first to see how that turned out first before using rivets.
oh and those ducts do have fitment issues as they are not perfect. you'll know this the moment you hold them in place on the bumper. im just glad i didn't destroy them before they were installed because they are fragile i believe.
