throttle hesitation

throttle hesitation
When I'm at an idle and the give the car a little gas it hesitates then the rpm's go up. Not much but enough to make me wonder. Any suggestions or anything?

Could be the tps starting to go out. Does the pedal feel like it sticks when you press it? May need to clean the Throttle Body.
