IX SE is what most buyers prefer, but I'd think that at this point in the game, just getting a clean and well taken care of IX is probably more important than the model you end up with.

OP, car looks clean no doubt. Price is on the high end of the spectrum, but if that's the color and condition you're looking for, it might be worth picking up regardless that price is a tad high. One thing to note is it is a GSR (no 6 speed, which to most buyers is a +) but it has MR BBS, which is also a +.

Good IX's don't come up FS very often anymore!

What kpt6 said.

Finding a clean Evo is hard as it is. If that price is ok with you, buy it. It is low miles, might need its timing belt service. Maybe shoot them an offer.

Good luck!

Depending on mileage, cleanliness, history, title clean or salvage & stock/non-stock:

Low end: $17k -
over 120k miles, maybe some non-frame damage (scratches/dings/dents), is extensively modded or needs work done. [If salvage title, than subtract $5k]

High end: $23k-26k -

Under 40k miles, super clean, clean title and excellent paint/body, stock(ish), and all paperwork/receipt history tracked.

Add another $1k-2k if NEVER modded or mileage under 20k.

There's a bone stock 1 owner WW IX MR in FL with 19.9k miles available. I think $29.9k. Is it worth it? If that was my ideal dream Evo it would be worth it to me. But that's up to you. Someone will probably buy it.
