I just got my JDM bumper on. I cut the welds off of the stand up my self and had a buddy weld the plates back on. Simple and cheap. Dont forget you will have to trim the license plate also to make it fit.

I got mine from Russel too. It came shipped in the foam, but was in good shape. It didnt have any rivets in the package. So I got a little larger then the hole and drilled out the holes to have a tight fit.
