FYI, each 10* F. change in ambient air temp results in a 1 PSI change in manifold boost pressure. So, if daytime ambient air temps are let's say 69* F. and your gauge reads 12 PSI, and you take the same car out at night when ambient air temps are 39*, your boost gauge will read 15 PSI.

i talked to the dealer and they said they will do boost leak test for $115 and that will go toward the price for repair too if there is something. The service advisor said could be a bad soleniod...anyone know how much a new boost solenoid cost? (stock one)

Boost leak tests are pretty easy to do. So you cant raise the boost at the moment?

I might get a Hallman manual boost controller. It would be fine to set 19 psi like stock boost if I don't get it tune?

Try taping on the WG solenoid and the arm with the but end of a screwdriver, may be stuck. Have you tried to put air press. to the solenoid to see if it moves back and forth.
