FYI, in the WRC open class, that's not an Evolution VIII. If you look in the Group N class (which is the Evo VIII), they are killing. Peace

 

Personally, if I see someone taking a bunch of pics of my car when it is dirty for the obviouse "lets make fun of it" reason.... especially if they touch my car (brake dust pic) someone is getting an *** beating.

are you on crack? it is a completely different muffler hence of course two different muffler designs will sit differently. I have his muffler design and it sits exactly as his is pictured... get a clue...

you should have grabbed the vin so people know which evo got its **** packed in. if the red one ever comes up for sale then you know not to buy it.

 

They are both Buschur systems. They are both assembled in the same jig. The muffler, tip, carbon build up, ect ect has no effect on how the exhaust sits on the car. I've had Both "designs" as you put it.. So whats the point?

Its a Buschur exhaust, thats mine.

BTW: is your bumper melted like the one on the red EVO's?

 

I know the guy who owns the red one. I highly doubt he'd kick my *** for putting a clean spot on his car..

Awesome pics! I guess my financial standing influences what I do, and what I don't do in my car more than I thought. While I agree you do have to drive your car to enjoy it, playing in the gravel, mud, ect is not necesarilly mandatory. My car is FAR from babied as one might think. It's routinely sideways, in power slides with all four spinning away with the motor singing @ 7K+. I dont ***** fart around.

I do however value the finish on my car and pride myself on a "clean" looking vheicle. I'm not sure I can accurately get my point across here. Basicly it comes down to me barely being able to afford a car of this caliber, wanting to keep it for many years to come, and have the occasional stranger say "Nice car" every once in awhile. It seems the majority on this board are either much more financially endowd than myself or have no problems thrashing around in their $30K car.
