Blatant disrespect to the EVO

The members of this forum own one of the most unique and prestigious sports cars made today. I couldn't help myself when the opportunity presented itself to take some side by side shots of the atrocity I saw in a parking lot.

Here is an example of two different ways to install the same Buschur Racing exhaust system on your EVO:

Some people like to try and grow plants in the rear windows of their EVO's, others do not.

Some people live the dream of owning a real rally car.

With such expensive forged wheels its always a good idea to keep a protective coating of brake dust to keep away the scratches and curb rash.

Sometimes that protective coating just isnt enough.

Wow you wouldn't want to see my car then.. If brake dust is a protective coating, then my wheels are bulletproof by now.. at least my exhaust system is right..

My car get a once a week cleaning and polishing but sometime I have to let it go a bit. I have a daughter and a wife that requires more attention then my beloved EVO. I wish I could keep my car as clean as your. Good job

In an offtopic reply.. I am possibly getting relocated to the Dallas Ft. Worth area..

And in the northeast, if your car is still the original color, its cleaner than most.. Its been really miserable up here..

Such disrepesct keeping that silver Evo out of having fun... Like the poor home schooled kids who can't come out and play... Maybe the Red one will come knock on Silver's door and bring it out to the track and anjoy some wet and dry sessions! I feel bad for the lesser used silver...

Wow, it would suck to be the kid of JustDSM...Clean your room! Your shirts need pressing! Why is your shirt not tucked in! How many times I have told you to double-knot your shoelace! Hoy many times I have told you that only a Windsor knot is acceptable (that's tie-speak)...

Sheeesh....

Because I keep my car clean and well cared for I'm the bad guy?

MrZX3's all wrong about my car. Its routinely beat on and driven in "motorsport" fasion, both on and off the AutoX.

BLiu: has ME all wrong, I'm about the most layed back person alive, I however don't have $30K to throw around when I trash my dream car.

JustDSM: No worries - just giving you a hard time in a joking sort of way...since I assume you are also half-kidding with the pics as well...Take care and peace.

I'm sure your car looked like that one time or another also. It just looks to me like you had time to wash off the most recent layer of salt and road grime....and the other person did not.

I think he's just having fun... Still that Evo is better than some of the luxo-cars I've seen around here. People driving brand-new E55s with all kinds of crap on them... WTF???

I really couldn't care less if my car is clean or dirty as long as everything is in working order, all fluids are as they should be, all scratches are fixed so it doesn't start rusting etc.
Although I like a clean car I remember a bumper sticker I saw once: A clean car is a product of a sick mind

I don't understand what your trying to prove here... the evo is a car... cars are driven... I personally don't spend countless hours cleaning my car that is just gay. I enjoy the ride... BTW those are two different exhausts if you were unable to see that yourself in your own pictures... I have the same exhaust as him... you have a different one...
