hey guys im new here, hopefully i can get some help with this issue i have with my evo, recently i got this weird shaking while i drive my evo 8 at 60mph, the engine or something in from would shake or vibarate i try to accelerate the car to see if it move but it have hard time moving and if i let out the gas and step on it again then it go back to normal, it just does it sometime and today i was running at 80mph all suddently i feel like it juck and vibarate then i let out the gas then it go back to normal, info on car is 03 evo 8 176k miles, rebuild motor, tranny have 83k miles, new clutchand flywheel, injen intake, turbo back exhaust no cat, ts short shifter, agency blow off valve, everything else is stock never tune or replace ecu, i do have a noise from my tranny sound like a coffee grinder when i let out the throttle at 50mph on 4th gear, oh and by the way wheel and tire are balance and sttaight no shaking or vibarate when stop or take off car is competely normal only does that sometime on the hwy

 

^^ sounds like you need a tune or maybe your BOV in need of replacement or your plugs are fouled.

 

thanks ill try look into the plug and bov and see if it make any different, i know i had cheap plug in before and the car didnt go pass 90mph lol

 

Does it feel like the motor or driveline? If you think it's the motor, give it a fresh tune up and BLT. If it's the driveline, Driveshaft mounts could be inspected. Can you get a video of it?

 

it feel like it happen in the middle, it run smooth all suddenly is just stop and vibarate and when i accelerate it wouldnt go anywhere unless i release the gas and step on it again then it go, i cant do video on that because it only does it once a while, it also feel like something is loose or slip when i try to accellerate it, tranny shift smooth and clutch are fresh and still grip hard
