I am currently in the process of buying a 2003 evo 8...I have always been in love with evo ' s ever since I can remember so I'm pretty excited but I've previously only owned 2 pieces of crap civics. .. (nothing against honda but mine sucked) anyway I'm wondering any recommendations for a good 1st performance mod preferably something on the cheaper side? Thanks

If you have "normal" luck it's probably already modified for you.

 

Or possibly worse: it was modified and ridden like a rented mule most of its life. Then, right before sale, it was returned to "stock" using a mishmash of random evo parts and half-@ssed pep boiz mekanikal skillz.

We've all seen that movie around here.
