Ok, The car won't start or if I give it gas, won't stay running. The EGR Vacuum Solenoid had 2 of the vacuum lines broke off so I replaced that. The front O2 has been replaced due to being the only code that was on. I checked the IAC by unplugging it. All it did was spit and sputter and misfire like hell. Almost like it was labored to run. I have tightened up almost every clamp on the turbo and intercooler system. Any ideas?

 

Did you test for boost leak?

 

do you have the injector resistor bypassed?

 

I did some more tests. Found a couple more leaks. So I got them fixed. Now. It's back to not starting to when it is warm. Idles fine and runs great cold, but once it warms up... it does the same thing as before. I did the iac check again and it doesn't appear to be that. And I don't have the injector resistor passed to my knowledge.

 

Got a generic scan tool? Could be coolant temp sensor. Check it before replacement.

 

I actually ran by a shop yesterday. They turned the boost down and fixed it. The previous owner had it set at 22 lbs. Dripped it to 20 and it was fixed. Apparently there is no tune on the computer.
