Instrument cluster wire diagram...

My right turn in the gauge cluster does not work, I replaced the bulb with a known working one and nothing. So I'm trying to see if I have current coming into the cluster at the connector. Need to know which wire to check and how much voltage to check for. Ive searched but turned up nothing useful. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

i had a look through the workshop manual and i think this might help you. if it doesnt let me know i'll keep looking. You want to look at the far right of the image. i believe right turn signal is pink and left is light green[IMG][/IMG]

You should set your multimeter to 12volts dc.
You wont pick up any amperage as there is no light globe connected in the dash to draw current.

You may have the globe in the incorrect position.

bulbs have been rotated 180* as I thought that as well using the LEDS I replaced them with, but still nothing.

are you picking up any voltage at the cluster?
are your turn signals on the out side of the car work?
when you push the hazard button do both lights in the cluster work or just the left one?
when you turn your right turn signal on do you hear the relay clicking?
sorry for the many questions im just trying to narrow down the search to a certain area if i can.

standard halogens are not polarity sensitive and should work either way you put them in. LED's can be polarity sensitive, installing the LED's the wrong way ( if those LED's are polarity sensitive ) will blow the LED itself.

Ausevo7, the right turn works as it should outside the car, hazard only shows the left side on the cluster, the relay is clicking. Im having a hard time seeing voltage at the pink wire, does it have to be plugged into the cluster perhaps?

If the relay is clicking than at the cluster you should see the voltage go like this 12volt- 0 volt - 12volt - 0 volt.
If your not getting voltage at the pink wire, id suggest tracing it back to the correct relay and see if the relay is operating correctly.
if you are getting voltage at the relay, the only other thing i can think of would be a break in the cable somewhere or even a dry solder connection on the instrument cluster.

Oh and you will see voltage even with out the globe connected, you'll only need the globe in to measure current/amperage
