Help Needed Please!!

So out of the blue I get a CEL/SES P0106 with the EGR icon flashing. I've researched and look all through our forums with no luck. I tested the MAP Voltage, continuity, and vacuum. They all tested fine. I replace all my boost lines. They are all clamped and zip tied. I cleaned out my MAF as well. I've tried to clear the light but when I do it only last maybe 15 miles until it comes back. Boost gauge reads fine through every test pull. When I am cruising and put it in gear it shoots up to around 2.5k to 3k then down to maybe 500 RPMs. I do have a TurboSmart BOV, but even with my OEM BOV it would do the same thing. I've exhausted all my ideas. If anyone can shine some light that would be amazing. Mods: Intake and UICP/LICP. Basically stock. Please someone help.

What is the EGR icon that is flashing? The check engine light? Do you have a pic of the light flashing?

On the Scan Tool when I check the CEL it comes up with the error code and it also has on the display, of the scan tool, an EGR icon that flashes on/off. Not sure what that means.

Don't remember ever seeing "EGR icon". Is your EGR system still intact? Did you boost test it when you replaced vac lines? Sounds like you have a line disconnected from your EGR system.

Everything is connected. Car boosts just fine. Just seems weird that out of the blue I get this code. I have reset the ECU many times already. I've left the negative off the battery for 2 days at some points. Stock sensor.

Swap ecu's with a friend for a few days to rule that out. Maybe the map messes up under load. I would log it or just get a new one. I have one of you want it.

Updated info. So I used the App Torque and I noticed no info was present on the Barametric Gauge but there was info on my MAF and other gauges. Does this mean I mean I have a bad MAP?
