Hey EvoM. I am looking for responses from people who have gone this route as I am contemplating it. That would be switching from Kelford 272 cams to GSC S3's (280).

For those that have done it, is the card louder at idle and non-WOT driving? If so, was it significantly louder? I have listened to pretty much all of the sound clips of GSC S3's on youtube, but I feel like I can't get a good feel for how it sounds unless it is in person. I currently have Kelford 272s and I think this may be the limit I can do without getting harassed by the local law enforcement. However, I really want the extra gains from going to the GSC S3 cams so I am torn.

I don't feel as though they make the car louder at idle, cruise or WOT.

 

Don't buy cams because of how they sound. At wot I don't think there would be any difference. Get a different exhaust of your worried about the cops.

 

I want more power. The reason i am asking as i already mentioned above is because the local law enforcement might not feel the same way. So i am trying to get an idea if i can "get away with" S3's.
