npnp

so my plan now is to buy some of this
Amazon.com: FJC 2484 PAG Oil - 8 fl. oz.: Automotive Amazon.com: FJC 2484 PAG Oil - 8 fl. oz.: Automotive
and use like a turkey baster to insert some in at the compressor where i disconnected the hose - does it work that way? i can just add it in there?

I wouldn't use the turkey baser. You don't want anything but oil to go in the hose. Just pour it from the bottle and let it drain down. It shouldn't be hard.

Sorry to necro-post, but this is a very informative post, guys! I'm having issues with my compressor clutch not engaging and will start down this road in a few days but this thread gave a lot of different trouble-shoot roads to go down.
