Evo VI hood work on IV???

I don't see too much information on here for the older gen Evo's but I was hoping someone may know. I have a 96 Evo IV and was wondering if the Evo VI hood will fit on it. Someone had mentioned to me before that the IV,V, and VI are pretty much all compatible but I am not sure if thats true. Any help is appreciated!

With a but, the headlights are different between the evo4 to the evo5/6, plus the bumpers are different.

So what this means is that if you fit an evo5/6 bonnet onto your evo4 there will be a bit of a gap around the top of the grill/between the headlights area.

Thanks for the heads up! I actually acquired an evo vi hood for free from someone so I will give it a test fit before I decide to send it off for paint.

And you get the gap from the tapered/curved headlights. So new headlights and bumper will be required.

My mate got his 4 bumper customized to fit the 5 bonnet and lights. It did look a little funny so I wouldn't suggest going down that road.
